Human Intelligence is often described using terms such as smartness, understanding, brainpower, ability to reason, sharpness, and wisdom. Their wide spectrum of implications reflects the numerous discussions aiming at distilling the core of what we mean when we refer to intelligence. People have pondered over how best to define and characterize the phrase for thousands of years. Though hundreds of definitions have been developed, intelligence has signified for most of that time a biopsychological capacity to acquire and use knowledge and skills.
