It is expected that Fitbit Versa 3 and Fitbit Sense smartwatch models will be released later this year, and photos of the two are already leaked. The leaked photos show some of the design changes which are said to be part of the smartwatch models to come. The images also show some of the features the Fitbit Versa 3 and Fitbit Sense can be expected to deliver. While Google’s deal with Fitbit continues to delay, the latter seems to be staying with its product launches.
Fitbit seems to have tweaked the button design on Versa 3 and Sense from the Fitbit Versa 2, according to the collection of photos shared by WinFuture. The button on the smartwatch in the previous generation was more conspicuous, but the rumored Fitbit Versa 3 appears to have a more discreet button in the same place. A 9to5Google article states that in this case, it’s just a divot that may be contact and pressure-sensitive area like the one seen on the Fitbit Charge 3 and Charge 4.
The photos also indicate features such as voice commands, GPS/location, and water resistance. These icons can be found below the charging button on the lower side of the device. The Fitbit Sense image also displays the fourth icon for the heart to help tracking heart rate. Nevertheless, 9to5Google pointed out that heart rate tracking will come with Fitbit Versa 3 and the Fitbit Sense. So the Fitbit Sense icon may indicate that ECG/EKG functionality is present.
As per the images, the Fitbit Sense could come in two color options. On the other side, the Fitbit Versa 3 photos display just one black color. As of now, no details on the Fitbit Sense or the Fitbit Versa 3 have been released by Fitbit; however, 9to5Google says the latest smartwatch models are due later this year.
