Huawei MediaPad M7 Tablet – Might Look Like an iPad Pro

Huawei is working on a new tablet named “Huawei MediaPad M7,” similar to an iPad Pro. 91Mobiles has discovered renders of a new Huawei MediaPad M7 tablet that can take place at the high-end Huawei’s mid-screen range devices.

The tablet has an excellent design with a thin frame including a dual-lens back camera and hole-punch front selfie camera. It is the 2nd Huawei device that cribs heavily from Apple. American blogger, editor, and phone leaker Evan Blass said in a tweet, “the tablet will be known as Huawei MatePad Pro.”

The tablet appears to behave like a magnetic keyboard case similar to Apple’s Smart Keyboard Folio, but at the moment, it’s not clear if the issue will be packed inside the box. There also seems to be a new stylus pen that can attach via magnets to the top of the tablet, like the Apple Pen on the iPad Pro.

91Mobiles also highlights that these renders indicate that the Huawei MediaPad M7 tablet will not feature a fingerprint sensor. Therefore Huawei could use an in-display fingerprint sensor or some face unlock technology.

As per the expectations and rumors, the Huawei MediaPad M7 should have flagship-class specifications, with Huawei’s newest, most advanced, and fastest Kirin 990 SoC processor, up to 8GB RAM, up to 256GB storage, built-in 5G modem, up to 256GB storage, and of course a large and long-life battery.”
